    Louis has helped scores of people find just the right home in communities and neighborhoods all over the country since 2006. A frequent presenter at industry conventions and media events, Louis is recognized as a subject matter expert, and has  positively influenced the real estate industry during its most challenging times.  Louis has presented at real estate conferences such as Five Star, REX, REOMAC, REOCON, NAHREP, AREAA, & NAREB National Conferences.

    Starting his career in real estate in 2006, Louis had a initial focus in the second home and vacation real estate market.  In the later part of 2007, the economy and real estate industry started to change, Louis quickly realized there would be a growing need to help homeowner's facing a wide range of hardships.  In 2008, as a charter member for a small private real estate firm, he and his team became a nationally known presence with innovative systems and technology for helping thousands of homeowner's facing default and dealing with the national mortgage crisis.  The company he worked for soon was awarded several multi million dollar contracts to help the US government liquidate their real estate portfolio and maximize recovery for the nation.  Through the company he was an employed with, he worked on portfolio's from HUD, FDIC, & the US Marshals.

    In 2010, Louis received a Public Trust Security Clearance from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.  In pursuit of how he could protect homeowner's from harassment and abuse by debt collectors during this crisis, he received his Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) certification in 2011.  As the market started to change, new problems began to arise in the pricing of home's for sale.  Keyed into this, Louis studied and received his certification in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) to ensure proper protocols were being followed when his client's purchase or home were being valued.  In 2013, he received his Certified Probate Real Estate designation so that he could be a resource to probate, conservatorship and estate settlement for his local community.

    Locally, Louis maintains a healthy amount of volunteer work to make his local Burbank community a better place.  He currently serves on the board for the Burbank Jaycees as Vice President of Training & Leadership.  He is also on the Nominating Committee for the Burbank Coordinating Council.  Louis also is on the committee for Education and Membership for the Burbank Association of Realtors.  In 2014 the Burbank Association of Realtors invited Louis to participate in Legislative Day in Sacramento, where he went to lobby on behalf of private property owner rights.

    As a local Burbank resident, he knows the communities and neighborhoods in this area well. Always greeting his clients with a BIG smile, his clients value his professionalism, prompt follow-up, excellent communication skills, and his attention to detail.     Yvette, our Market Center Administrator (MCA), is responsible for keeping the office and the Team Leader(s) on track and productive.  Yvette wears many hats.  She has responsibilities that cover three specific areas:

         b. Accounting

         c. Support

    Our MCA also helps with any miscellaneous projects and brainstorms ways to help improve the Market Center both financially and operationally.  Think of Yvette as the Market Center's Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer.

Has operated in the east, midwest and pacific regions, and held a variety of national positions in marketing and sales. He has had business partners in England, Japan and Germany. And as President and CEO of his own corporation has developed a worldwide view of how investment works and has concluded that nothing works better as an investment than Real Estate.

    Richard holds an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering
